Xiao Ting is a member and first-level dance teacher of the China Sichuan Dancers Association. At the age of 12, she joined Sichuan Art School as a dance major and later joined Sichuan Normal University School of Dance for further study. Her major courses were Chinese Classical Dance, Chinese Folk Dance, and Basic Ballet
After graduating in 2003, she has engaged in professional dance education, teaching in several art training schools, and has nearly 20 years of dance teaching experience.

肖婷是中国四川省舞蹈家协会会员，中国四川省舞蹈家协会一级舞蹈教师。她自幼开始学习舞蹈，12岁便进入四川省艺术学校舞蹈专业进行学习，后考入四川师范大学舞蹈学院继续深造。2003年毕业后一直在从事专业的舞蹈教育事业，先后在多所艺术培训学校任教，至今已有近20年的舞蹈教学经验。
